 All Building permit applications must be mailed to PO Box 817, Mitchellville, IA 50169, or emailed to rahni.brose@mitchellville.org. You are always welcome to bring permits and site plans into City Hall during business hours or place them in our dropbox.

Sidewalk and Approach permits are inspected by Public Works – Set up appointment no less than 24 hours in advance through City Hall unless it is a new build, new builds are done with V&K.
